Payments
2.1 Failure to make timely payments or expired payment information will result in immediate suspension of access until resolved.
2.2 We may alter course prices at our discretion. Changes will not affect completed purchases.

3.2 Acceptance of a course is assumed upon purchase, barring material defects or errors. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5.2 Purchasing a course from Project Influencer obliges you not to distribute, replicate, or modify any course materials. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.
5.3 You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login details and not share course access.

Refund Policy

7.2 Refund Eligibility
We understand that sometimes things don't go exactly as planned and we are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund policy. However, we also want to ensure that the resources and information provided within the Project Influencer are valuable to our customers.
7.3 Full Refunds
Full refunds will be issued for any purchase made within 7 days of the purchase date. No questions asked.
7.4 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered for purchases made beyond the 7-day grace period. To be eligible for a partial refund, you must provide compelling evidence that the guide has not met your expectations and that you have made a reasonable effort to utilise the resources provided.
7.5 Refund Restrictions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Digital downloads that have already been accessed.
- Guides purchased more than 30 days prior to the request.
- Guides purchased with discounts or promo codes.
- Guides purchased for third-party use.
7.6 Refund Process
To request a refund, please submit a detailed request to [email protected]. We will review your request promptly and provide a decision within 5 business days. If approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
7.7 Redeeming Your Refund
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

- Refunds are processed at the sole discretion of the Project Influencer. We may require additional information or documentation to support refund requests.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds for fraudulent or abusive activity.

Continued utilisation of the Services post-amendment signifies the Subscriber's acknowledgement and acceptance of the revised Terms, in compliance with applicable legal standards. Subscribers are encouraged to periodically review the Terms to remain informed of any updates.
13.2 Notification of Significant Changes: In the event of substantial revisions to these Terms, we commit to providing advance notification to our users. We urge you to carefully check such notifications. Your continued use of the Service post-implementation of these changes will be deemed as acceptance of the amended Terms.
