1.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if these terms are breached. Termination will not be without cause and you will not be charged for orders cancelled for reasons other than a breach of these terms.

Payments
2.1 Failure to make timely payments or expired payment information will result in immediate suspension of access until resolved.
2.2 We may alter course prices at our discretion. Changes will not affect completed purchases.
Order and Delivery
3.1 Purchasing a course from Project Influencer constitutes agreement to these terms.
3.2 Acceptance of a course is assumed upon purchase, barring material defects or errors. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Services
4.1 Course materials are provided by industry experts. We aim for high-quality materials, but responsibility ultimately lies with the course tutor.
Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 All intellectual property rights in course materials are owned by their respective providers or instructors.
5.2 Purchasing a course from Project Influencer obliges you not to distribute, replicate, or modify any course materials. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.
5.3 You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login details and not share course access.
Third Party Content
6.1 We may provide links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content and cannot be held liable for your interactions with them.
6.2 The content provided by third parties is not our responsibility. Verify any third-party information independently.
6.3 You are responsible for agreeing to the terms and privacy policies of third-party sites.
Refund Policy
7.1 Acceptance
By purchasing the Project Influencer , you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this policy regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes.
7.2 Refund Eligibility
We understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned and we are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund policy. However, we also want to ensure that the resources and information provided within the Project Influencer are valuable to our customers.
7.3 Full Refunds
Full refunds will be issued for any purchase made within 7 days of the purchase date. No questions asked.
7.4 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered for purchases made beyond the 7-day grace period. To be eligible for a partial refund, you must provide compelling evidence that the guide has not met your expectations and that you have made a reasonable effort to utilise the resources provided.
7.5 Refund Restrictions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Digital downloads that have already been accessed.
- Guides purchased more than 30 days prior to the request.
- Guides purchased with discounts or promo codes.
- Guides purchased for third-party use.
7.6 Refund Process
To request a refund, please submit a detailed request to info@projectinfluencer.co.uk. We will review your request promptly and provide a decision within 5 business days. If approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
7.7 Redeeming Your Refund
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
7.8 Additional Notes
- Refunds are processed at the sole discretion of the Project Influencer. We may require additional information or documentation to support refund requests.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds for fraudulent or abusive activity.

Termination
9.1 We reserve the right to terminate your purchase, account and agreement for any breach of these terms.
9.2 You may also terminate your agreement with us as detailed in clause 12 (cancellation).

13.1 Modification Policy: In response to evolving business requirements, including but not limited to advancements in technology, shifts in market dynamics, modifications in payment methods, alterations necessitated by legal and regulatory updates and enhancements in system capabilities, we reserve the right to periodically amend these Terms and modify the Services. Such amendments and modifications will be effective immediately upon their publication on our website, subject to applicable laws. Continued utilisation of the Services post-amendment signifies the Subscriber’s acknowledgement and acceptance of the revised Terms, in compliance with applicable legal standards. Subscribers are encouraged to periodically review the Terms to remain informed of any updates.
13.2 Notification of Significant Changes: In the event of substantial revisions to these Terms, we commit to providing advance notification to our users. We urge you to carefully check such notifications. Your continued use of the Service post-implementation of these changes will be deemed as acceptance of the amended Terms.
